The Switch version looks the same as the PS4 I think. These terms and conditions cover all sales of products and services by VWR Lab Products Private Limited(VWR) in India and any information and advice given whether charged for or not. The comparison in the OP of JW looks that way.
I can't remember if JW was officially 1080p on Switch but I swear it was said somewhere? I always assumed I remembered right. whatever the hell is going on with the PS3 version (might be the screen-tearing causing the reader to go haywire). And of course a smooth 30fps on Switch and PS4 vs. Plus the vertical girder had more noticable jaggies on Switch, but maybe there's anti-aliasing on PS4 but not on Switch (usually is a performance eater).īut it's definitely clearer on Switch vs PS3, and has NO screen-tearing unlike the PS3 version, and the PS3 version looks more washed out vs. The Switch version looks the same as the PS4 I think.Įdit: Hmm, watching the vid again in the OP, I noticed some minor differences.Īt around the 3:30 mark when the piggy shows up, you see the shadow on the wall is lighter on PS4, and (could be the timing of the recording), a shadow was moving on said wall on PS4 when you see the 3-way comparison of the zoomed out gameplay shot. but I doubt the guy measures pixels like the DF folks, but it is fairly easy to tell in portable mode I'd imagine (especially as it lacks anti-aliasing) if the pixels blur or are crisp like fried chicken.Ĭlick to expand.I can't remember if JW was officially 1080p on Switch but I swear it was said somewhere? I always assumed I remembered right. The guy says it runs "natively/native-res". maybe he was talking about the PC version.? Plus as the vid showed, JW was 30fps and came after. I don't know why the guy says the "other versions" of Marvel ran at 60fps when I recall seeing a demo on PS4 in person running at 30fps (a LONG time ago, like 2013/14 but still). Like with Jurassic World, the safe expectation is 1:1 with the PS4 and XBO versions which should be 1080p 30fps as well with no screen-tearing, as the JW vid showed. Plus both Marvel and Jurassic World were PS360 games so it's not that unlikely, but we've seen folks goof up such ports before. Really shows how far TT Games have come since their botched Lego City Undercover port (of ALL games.) on Switch.
I'd like to think it's 1080p docked and 720p portable. but I doubt the guy measures pixels like the DF folks, but it is fairly easy to tell in portable mode I'd imagine (especially as it lacks anti-aliasing) if the pixels blur or are crisp like fried chicken.
